PLACING YOUR ORDER

International carriage charges are based on the weight, box size and quantity of the order. Once we know what this will be, we can then gain a cost for international shipping with our courier FedEx.

If you can kindly supply your billing address (and delivery address if different), including a contact name and number, and what products you would like, we can create a quotation for you.


For orders made on our website, we will contact you with the delivery costs and will need to take extra payment for these.  

ORDER DISPATCH

We always aim to dispatch items as soon as possible. If your order is delayed for any reason, our carrier will contact you to confirm the delay and new estimated delivery time.
